Quiz credit
A quiz credit (€2.99, incl. VAT) gives you one live game of one quiz, for up to 100 participants, valid for 14 days from publishing. Editing questions before the quiz starts doesn't cost a new credit.
Refunds
We refund an unused credit on request within 14 days of purchase. When you publish, you ask for immediate delivery; from that moment the right of withdrawal for that credit ends. If a published quiz didn't work because of a fault on our side, contact us at support@tenqueue.com.
Content
You are responsible for your questions, photos, videos and sound, for getting permission from the people seen or heard in them, and for the rights to what you upload. Music played in the room falls under the music licence of the venue or the organiser. Content that discriminates, harasses, is sexually explicit, incites violence or infringes the rights of others is not allowed. We remove such content and may block the account.
