What does a quiz for 100 colleagues cost?
With TenQueue you pay per quiz: €2.99 (€2.47 excl. VAT) for up to 100 players. Other providers sell a subscription or an event price, so you can play more often in that period. That's why the last column shows how many TenQueue quizzes you get for the same money.

Up to 25 quizzes a year, TenQueue costs less than any of the yearly plans above. No quiz? Then you pay nothing.

Kahoot!+ is meant for personal use; for work events Kahoot! points to its business plans. Free is possible too, with limits: Slido Basic up to 100 participants and 1 quiz per slido, Mentimeter Free once a month above 50 participants, Kahoot! free for 10 to 15 players. Providers change their prices and offers regularly. Brand names belong to their owners; TenQueue is not affiliated with them.

How much does TenQueue cost?
A live quiz costs €2.99 including VAT, for up to 100 players. You pay per quiz, with no subscription. Creating, editing and testing with 3 phones is free.
Do players need an app or an account?
No. Players scan the QR code on the screen, or go to tenqueue.com/join and enter the code. Then they pick a team and a name.
Which AI assistants work with TenQueue?
Any assistant can write the quiz for you: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. You then paste the answer into TenQueue. With the TenQueue connector in ChatGPT or Claude, your assistant adds the quiz itself.
Can the quiz use our brand colours?
Yes. Enter your website in the editor or choose your logo. TenQueue uses the colours on the screen and on the phones, and keeps the text easy to read.
Which languages does TenQueue work in?
English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish: the website, your account and the quiz itself. You choose the language for each quiz, and players then see the buttons and texts on their phones and on the big screen in that language.
Can I use video, sound or music?
Yes. Add a video (mp4) or sound clip (mp3, m4a) of up to 60 seconds to a question, for example a colleague's voice. The big screen plays it. In a music round, the quizmaster plays the song in the room and the screen shows 🎵 Listen carefully. Playing music in the room needs a music licence, which the venue or the employer arranges, in the UK through PRS for Music and PPL.
What do I need on the day?
A screen or projector with a web browser for the questions, your own phone to run the quiz, and internet for the players through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
What happens to players' data?
Players only enter a name and pick a team. A live quiz is valid for 14 days; after that we delete names and answers within a day.
