Privacy policy

What data

Quiz makers: email address, quizzes, uploaded photos, videos and sound files, credits and orders.
Players: the name they choose, their team and their answers during a quiz.
Payments are handled by Stripe; TenQueue never receives card or bank details.

How long we keep data

A test game expires after 60 minutes, a live game after 14 days. Player names and answers from an expired game are deleted within a day after that. Your quizzes and files stay in your account until you ask us to delete them. When you upload files, we remove location and camera data (EXIF) from photos (JPEG, PNG and WebP), and metadata such as location and title from videos and sound. We keep orders for as long as the law requires.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (login emails). If you use TenQueue through ChatGPT or Claude, that service's terms also apply to that conversation.
